I didn’t start in a boardroom—I started on the shop floor.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked in heat treating, brazing, and manufacturing environments where margins were tight, expectations were high, and downtime wasn’t an option. I’ve run furnaces, managed production teams, built scheduling systems, and handled every operational fire you can imagine. I’ve lived the pain of disorganized systems, missing procedures, and the classic “we’ve always done it this way.”
Now, I make sure other companies don’t have to.
As Co-Founder of Falcone Consulting, I bring deep operational experience and a clear lens for process. I build systems that work in real-world conditions—not just in theory. From compliance to capacity planning, I focus on the parts of the business that are usually duct-taped together—and I make them solid.

My background blends manufacturing, operations, and technology, but my brain is wired for creative disruption. I don’t just think outside the box—I recycle it for parts.
